Returns & Exchanges
Items returned within 14 days of purchase, and in original condition, can receive a full-refund. A receipt is required for an exchange or refund. *Fine Art and Rare Find items can be returned within 7 days, if in original condition.
Special orders or custom purchases are a final sale and not refundable.
Refunds by mail:
Please send photos of any damage to email@example.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If the merchandise is in original condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five to seven business days upon receiving your item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item*, send an email with the necessary information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Ship your item to the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Store at 501 East Ninth Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, US 72202. For defective or damaged items, we will send you a return label for shipping.
Please ship items to Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Store, 501 East Ninth Street Little Rock Arkansas, US 72202. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take up to 7 business days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
*Due to the limited availability of our inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item you purchased will be available for an exchange.
Gift cards or certificates may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
