Sarah Ryan is an artist based outside Philadelphia. She is fueled by ice cream and imagination, and inspired by comic books, vintage advertisements and fairy tales. Her favorite tools are mechanical pencils, watercolor, and gouache, and her work usually features animals, elements of fantasy, and a healthy amount of humor. 

The collective noun for a group of herons is a siege. These great blue herons and green heron are standing amoung wild rice with a rosy brown.

This is an archival print of an original watercolor, gouache, and pencil illustration. There is a white border for framing. The print will fit perfectly in a standard 11x14" frame. It's giclee printed with archival quality inks on 100% cotton rag matte paper. Each print is backed with a white board, info card, and clear sleeve. All prints are signed and titled on the front.
