Sam Dowd likes to play with glazed and unglazed areas - creating visual and tactile texture. These large cups are folded up from flat clay, making for a slouchy bag shape that fits comfortably in the hand. They make great utensil holders or vases. No two cups are exactly alike. The one that you receive will be different than what is pictured.

Dowd House Studios combines the artwork of Sam and Jenny Dowd. Trained in ceramics, both are potters and sculptors. Sam finds inspiration in the quirky forms of nature while Jenny seeks to distill the complexities of society into lines and patterns.

Sizes range 5.5 - 6.5 inches tall  4.5 - 6 inches wide
