Y. Hope Osborn is an author, photographer, digital artist, and editor residing in Little Rock, Arkansas. 

Artist Statement:

I can research Junction Bridge across the Arkansas River, and I will, but the mystery here is the form lost to the distance and in this moment of time. I have always been fascinated in photography by the element of time. Even if a photographer is standing beside me at the same time taking photographs, we both focus on different elements of the space each second as the sun moves, seasons turn over, and elements change that are never repeated in the same way. People may believe in history repeating itself, yet the minutia of people’s lives the experiences before and after shape each second differently even people in the same place at the same time. How they speak of that moment bears witness.
